Jessica Haar

This past summer, I was very fortunate to have the opportunity to intern in Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc.'s Product Development department. This was truly a rewarding experience, and I learned so much! I was exposed to and participated in several aspects of product development, including market research, licensing, quality control, and developing. Working closely with my supervisor, I was given the opportunity to develop several garments, and this was definitely the major highlight of my experience.  One of the garments I developed was a striped sequin tunic top, and I'm proud to report that it was chosen for the winter transition line that will arrive in the stores in mid December.  My internship experience at Build-A-Bear was challenging, educational, rewarding, and a lot of fun.
